📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is confirmed, it will be packed and sent out from one of our fulfillment partners.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


🌎 Shipping Times

We offer two options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (FREE): 7–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days (extra cost calculated at checkout)

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and product availability. Some items may ship separately.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking links to become active.


❗ Delays & Customs

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided during checkout. If your order is delayed beyond 15 business days, please contact us at support@ongoco.com and we’ll help resolve it.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products — including waist trainers, shapewear, and activewear — we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please email us at support@ongoco.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll make it right — either through a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
