📍 Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our trusted fulfillment partners. Some items may ship from U.S. warehouses, while others may ship from overseas — depending on availability and location.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:

Express Shipping (Available at checkout): 3–5 business days
🔢 How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but we’re working on it!
Currently U.S. shipping only.
⏳ Why does processing take 1–2 business days?
Each order is verified, packed, and quality-checked before shipping to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. Thanks for your patience while we keep everything 💯.
✉️ What if I don’t receive my package?
If it’s been more than 15 business days, email us at support@ongoco.com with your order number and we’ll look into it ASAP and make it right.
🔁 Can I return or exchange my item?
Due to the intimate nature of waist trainers and activewear, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective.
If there’s a sizing or quality issue, email us and we’ll work with you on a solution.
